Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) Capsules
The capsules may be compounded lactose free & specific allergens can be avoided upon request.
Once a patient has reached their most effective dose using a titration kit, we can compound the maintenance dose into a single capsule which is “typically” taken at bedtime but other dosing regimens may be discussed if necessary. Taking LDN in oral capsules by mouth is the most cost-effective means of administering naltrexone and it’s the one we see most commonly prescribed.

Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN) is a novel approach to decrease release of inflammatory substances, reduce nerve cell inflammation and autoimmune mediators.
Naltrexone belongs to a class of drugs known as opioid agonists. Naltrexone blocks opiate drugs from binding to the opioid receptors, which can result in increased endorphin and enkephalin release. Therefore, this results in reduced: 1. signaling and release of inflammatory substances, 2. nerve cell inflammation and 3. autoimmune mediators.
